FULL BAGS
Freight rates are automatically calculated based on the address entered at checkout. We are sometimes able to access better rates if we quote your shipment directly. If the automatic freight prices seem high to your location, feel free to reach out to us via e-mail or phone. If you e-mail, please include the items on the order, the quantities and the desired delivery address.
10 Bag Limit
There website limits orders to 10 bags of coffee since that is what can fit on a pallet. If you would like to purchase more than this number of bags feel free to contact us and we can assist you.
Pick-Up at Warehouse / Will-Call
You can pick up coffee at a warehouse in person for no additional cost. This option is often available at check-out but if it is not, feel free to reach out to us and we can help arrange this.
Warehouses generally have orders ready for pick up 24-48 hours after they receive our paperwork. We will send you the confirmed pick-up date and will-call hours once the warehouse receives the order.
Warehouses are closed on weekends. There may be longer preparation periods during high seasons and holidays.
Be sure to plan an extra 2-3 days for inventory to arrive.
